These terms apply when you access or use Styly. Styly is operated by DGC Wholesale and Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 11067198. Registered office: 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, IP1 1RJ. VAT number: GB282975456.
Styly is an independent product alert service. It is not operated by, sponsored by, endorsed by, or affiliated with White Stuff. Product names, brand names, images, pricing, availability, and retailer links belong to their respective rights holders.

You may use Styly for personal product discovery, saved searches, and alerts. Styly is not an online shop and does not sell products, take payment, process orders, or provide retailer customer service. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security controls, scrape the service at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for keeping your email address up to date. You can pause alerts, unsubscribe from alert emails, update email preferences, or request account deletion.
Alerts are best-effort notifications based on product data available to Styly. We cannot guarantee every product change, price drop, stock change, product match, or email delivery. Prices and availability can change. Always confirm final prices and availability on the retailer site before buying.
Product links open retailer pages or affiliate-network destinations. Some links may be affiliate links, which means Styly may earn a small commission if you buy after clicking. Affiliate links help cover the running costs of the service and do not change the price you pay.
Styly focuses on product discovery, price monitoring, saved searches, and alerts. Any future promotional content must follow retailer and affiliate-program rules.
Purchases happen with the retailer, not Styly. Delivery, returns, refunds, promotions, product descriptions, product authenticity, product availability, and checkout terms are controlled by the retailer.
The Styly name, website design, code, text, and compiled alert experience are owned by or licensed to DGC Wholesale and Ventures Ltd. Retailer and brand content remains owned by its respective rights holders.
We may change, suspend, restrict, or stop parts of Styly at any time, including to maintain security, improve performance, comply with law, or meet affiliate-program requirements.
Styly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, but we are not responsible for retailer pricing errors, missed alerts, stock changes, third-party websites, or indirect losses.
We may update these terms when Styly changes, including to improve security, reflect new features, or meet retailer and affiliate-program requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page.
